The term “Digilosophy” came up to agency El Laboratorio as an original way to convey Santander Bank’s new mindset approach, based on giving their customers the best commodities and faster solutions for any request or transaction by the usage of technology. To prove this idea, the Spanish bank broadened its digital services by releasing many different actions through the Santander App.
We directed a multiple TV commercials campaign produced by The Mushroom Co for Santander Bank’s “Digilosophy” Campaign launch. Collaborating alongside some incredible illustrators such as Natasha Dzhola, Giulia Sagramola, Andrew Fox, Fran Pulido, Michael George Haddad and Craig Frazie, we brought to life five friendly short spots.

Technical approach
The biggest challenge in this project was to work with such a variety of illustration styles and merge each of them with our directorial vision. We needed to find a commonplace to bring coherence to the whole group while preserving their distinct personality. A clear key point to achieve this unification was using a white background which contrasted with the illustrations so they gain impact and attraction on the screen. Another important merging element was the chosen tone: humorous, careless, playful and warm.
