CUT & PASTE Visual package for Cut & Paste, international design competiton. The client came with "the creative process" as the concept and light stricks as its representation. So we focused on the scanner, as a creative tool, and its light, as the process. And we created this stop motion of long exposed pictures resulting from playing and experimenting with the scanner's light. We assembled wheels to the scanner to create curves and used all kind of materials to distort and interact with its light such as metacrilate, colored translucid papers and textures, water, etc. Direction, animation & sound design: Device Agency: No-Domain Client: Cut & Paste 2009 SILVER LAUS AWARD 2010 |
